Kathy Stommel is a Licenced Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, Certified Temperament Therapist, and Certified Experiential Therapist. Kathleen brings emotional and spiritual guidance through a safe therapeutic connection with people of all faiths, or of no active faith. Kathleen’s belief is that clients can discover their highest potential and find their path to a successful and productive life when they are willing to change. She works with a large spectrum of emotional and psychological challenges through creating a comfortable and safe environment.

The initial visit will be spent learning the goals and the reason for seeking counseling or life coaching. We will also discuss any questions you may have about the counseling process.
Intensives are becoming a popular way for individuals to receive the help they need in one, two, or three days of focused therapeutic counseling. Some of us do not have the luxury of time. Intensives are helpful in pursuing goals, creating breakthroughs in stuck places without interruption, and transform lives. Challenges in life can cause a need for us to gain wisdom, make decisions, and move more quickly than the standard one-hour weekly sessions can provide. The intensive is created to specifically meet the need of an individual, couple. and/or family. If you are wanting to address issues of your past, understand how to grow and move through your present challenges, or uncover blocks to your heart’s desire without interruption and gain momentum in your life, an intensive may be exactly what you need.
